"Nous devons nous impliquer dans l'éducation à la culture de la paix et encourager les valeurs qui fondent l'harmonie et la non violence entre les communautés", a déclaré le chef suprême des Krou (peuplement de l'ouest du pays), Koudou Gra. Pour celui-ci, la justice et la paix doivent habiter le cœur de tous les Ivoiriens afin que le pays amorce son développement dans la quiétude. La Côte d'Ivoire tente de retrouver la normalité après une crise post-électorale aigüe qui a secoué le pays cinq mois durant. La réconciliation, la sécurisation du pays et la reconstruction constituent les défis majeurs du gouvernement Ouattara.
